AltusVine provides a data analytics platform that allows users to connect their PostgreSQL databases, query data using natural language, create visualizations, and build dashboards. The Service includes AI-powered features to help users understand and analyze their data.

3. User Accounts

To use AltusVine, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect your data sources to AltusVine. You agree not to upload or connect data that violates any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Payment and Subscription

AltusVine offers subscription-based pricing plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Pay any applicable taxes

We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, features, content, and branding, is owned by Altus Minds LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALTUS MINDS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
